A couple of years ago, the Prima team identified the growing trend towards energy conservation, efficiency, and environmental protection. As a result, we initiated the development and production of our WAD series press brakes. In contrast to traditional press brakes, the WAD series leverages a servo system that allows the pump and main motor to rest while the plunger remains idle. This innovative approach has led to significant energy savings without compromising productivity.

Servo Motor

The Y-axis movement is precisely controlled by a servo motor, ensuring superior accuracy.

Crowning

Our independently designed system calculates the compensation value based on the overall deformation of both the ram and worktable. This enables the deformation curve of the bed to align seamlessly with the compensation curve, ensuring optimal straightness and angle consistency in our products.

Backgauge

To ensure superior movement accuracy of the X-axis, we utilize imported ball screws and linear guide rails instead of traditional screw rods. This choice enhances the precision and consistency of our fabrication process.
